1970 Dodge Challenger Convertible Hemi 4 Speed Dana 60 I'm listing this car for a friend. What we have here is about the finest example of a Challenger recreation you can find. The body consists of all NEW sheet metal. Quarters, trunk and floor pans , fire wall, all new . It had a complete rotissorie show quality paint job and was painted everywhere in plumb crazy. All the suspension is new, and front disc brakes were added. What isn't new is either powdercoated or painted. New Dana 60 rear axle 3.54 sure grip with new R/T rear leaf springs and all new shocks and brakes. All new wiring through out the entire car was used. The interior is from Legendary and its all new including the convertable top with all new frames and hydralics. It has all new door panals and carpet kit along with a new dash and refurbished instrement ralley guage cluster. The engine is a 426 Hemi built with all new parts, NOT a crate engine. It's the real deal. Installed in a REAL hemi K-frame. Just off the test stand with no miles on it. The transmission is a 18 spline with all new internals .The pistol grip shifter and linkage rods are also new .The clutch, pressure plate and fly wheel are also new. Only the best parts were used. New Z-bar and all clutch components are also new. The car comes with a NOS front grill and new headlite bezels. All new marker lights and housings as well as new front and rear bumpers. A complet new exhaust system also comes with the car front to back, all correct. From manifolds to tips. A new power steering gear was installed with a new P/S pump. Are you getting the picture? The car will be offered with the drivetrain installed sitting on new ralley wheels and new BFG T/A tires. The new fuel tank and complete exhaust system will also be installed.
